Donna loved her family all of them. She always taught the importance of family by ensuring that her little ones had a strong relationship with their cousins, aunts and uncles by attending family functions on every occasion.

Donna devoted her life to her husband and children, by travelling to Calgary to support her husband in obtaining his master's degree, and then to Edmonton where he obtained his doctorate degree. Finally, ending up in Thunder Bay, Ontario where Donna and Rod raised their family.

As children, we always remember our mother as a passionate cheerleader. Attending track meets, soccer games, piano recitals and football games. Through all of this she always saw our potential and not our faults...
